Peak Performance Sports and Physical Therapy has opened its fourth Eastern Carolina clinic in Greenville, NC. Based on Competency, Compassion and consistent Results, the Greenville clinic will continue to provide the same professional therapy experience we are noted for in all our clinics.

Led by Clinical Director Garth Espigh, the Greenville Peak Performance staff is trained to the highest standards and is fully prepared to help improve the lives of our patients. Our new facility is fully equipped with the latest, top quality therapy equipment, carefully monitored by encouraging and caring Physical Therapy Technicians. We at Peak Performance understand successful results requires both clinical competence and compassion; therefore, you will find all our staff consistently extending their special form of friendly courtesy, necessary to provide all our patients with a positive experience.

Like our New Bern, Jacksonville and Havelock clinics, the Greenville Peak Performance clinic is well equipped to treat the majority of orthopedic and musculoskeletal, sports medicine and post surgical rehabilitation. Garth Espigh, MPT, Clinic Director


After graduating from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, Garth earned his Masters degree in Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University of Davenport, Iowa. He has clinical experience treating High School and College athletes and is well versed in application of manual therapy techniques for the treatment of general orthopedic conditions. He also has an interest in providing sports therapy support at local high school events. Garth's outside interests range across a variety of athletic activities to include baseball, softball, weight training and he is an avid fan of Penn State football and UNC basketball.

Holly Spruill, MPTHolly Spruill, MPT
Holly Spruill graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies. She earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy in 2006 at East Carolina University. Holly has worked in a variety of physical therapy settings including: acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and out-patient rehabilitation. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing with her two dogs (Ozzy and Zeke), traveling to different countries, and running.

 
Katherine Jones, PTA
Katherine Jones graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelors of Science in Exercises Physiology in 2004. She earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, NC. Katherine has worked in a variety of settings including: Acute Care, Skilled Nursing, Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitation. Katherine is an avid football fan, being true to her Charlotte roots, loves her Carolina Panthers. Outside of work she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, daughter and her puppy Rocky.
