Peak Performance Sports and Physical Therapy has opened its fourth Eastern Carolina clinic in Greenville, NC. Based on Competency, Compassion and consistent Results, the Greenville clinic will continue to provide the same professional therapy experience we are noted for in all our clinics.

Led by Clinical Director Garth Espigh, the Greenville Peak Performance staff is trained to the highest standards and is fully prepared to help improve the lives of our patients. Our new facility is fully equipped with the latest, top quality therapy equipment, carefully monitored by encouraging and caring Physical Therapy Technicians.
